Welcome to Activating Allies with Zed Moore

I help organizations and communities build real allyship at work and at home — grounded in lived experience and backed by practical tools leaders and teams can use every day. Together we move from growing awareness to actively being allies, treating allyship as an ongoing practice and a journey for life.

Who I work with

Allyship isn’t a side project. It belongs in everyday conversations, decisions and relationships — in workplaces and in our homes.

      • Organisations of all sizes: from small teams to large, complex systems

      • Leaders and managers who know their influence matters

      • Teams who want to show up for each other in real, practical ways

      • People who are ready to move beyond statements into action

Whether you are just beginning to talk about allyship, or you’ve been working on equity and inclusion for years, I meet you where you are — and help you take your next steps with intention.

    What I offer

My talks and workshops help organisations grow awareness and activate allies. Each topic can be a keynote, an interactive workshop, or part of a longer learning journey tailored to your context.

        • Building Awareness and Activating Allies – an honest, practical introduction to allyship that moves people beyond “I’ve heard of it” into “I know what it looks like in my behaviour”.

        • Allyship and Leadership – allyship as an everyday leadership practice, connecting decisions, power and influence to the safety and wellbeing of others.

        • Allyship in Organisational Culture and Strategy – bringing allyship into how you think, plan and decide: culture, strategy, structures and policies.

        • Make an Allyship Pledge – Mine Is to Activate Allies – guided reflection and commitment‑setting that helps people move from awareness to specific, sustainable allyship pledges.

        • Creating Space for Marginalised Voices – changing who is heard, who is protected and who gets to rest, without placing all the work or risk on marginalised people.

      Why organisations bring me in

          • To move from statements and one‑off events into everyday practice.

          • To equip leaders to understand their role as allies in decisions, not just communications.

          • To support teams to show up for each other in practical, human ways.

          • To connect allyship to culture, strategy and policy — not just “awareness sessions”.

          • To create more space and safety for marginalised voices, without placing all the work on them.

Ready to activate allies in your organisation?

Allyship is for everyone, all the time. The question is how you’ll build it into the way your people lead, work and live.
